The Municipality of Bijeljina is situated in the
Northeastern part of Republic of Srpska. Bijeljina is the
administrative, economic, health and cultural centre of the Municipality
of about 150 000 inhabitans living in 60 settlemants and over
31 000 households. Bijeljina is the regional centre of the
plain named Semberija covering the area between the Save and Drina
rivers in the North and East and the slopes of Mt. Majevica in the
Southwest Modern asphalt roads 150 km. long provide good links of the
RS. BIH and Serbia which is only 12 km away while the Republic of
Croatia is 45 km away. |

Jedan od najstarijih karate turnira u Bijeljini.
Prošle godine nastupilo je 500 takmičara iz BIH,
Hrvatske, Slovenije, Srbije, Mađarske, Njemačke, a ove godine očekujemo
još veći broj takmičara i mnogo kvalitetni borbi.
Ovom prilikom čast nam je pozvati Vas na 11 međunarodni karate turnir

One of the
oldest karate tournaments in Bijeljina,
Last year there were 500 competitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary, Germany, So, this year, we expect
even larger number of competitors and great fights. We are
using this opportunity to invite you to the TV. KARATE TOURNAMENT
ARENA OPEN 09

Broj takmičara je
ograničen na 500
Pravila
takmičenja WKF (modifikovana)
Takmičari
u katama mogu ponoviti katu u svakom krugu iz grupe zadani kata u
nivoima, eliminacije sudi 5 sudija, finale 7.
Takmičari u borbama se takmiče dva
minuta sa zaustavljanjem vremena do tri ipona a svaki poen se dosuđuje
iponom.
Takmičari
starost dokazuju službenim dokumentom, takmičarska knjižica, lična karta
ili pasoš. Svi takmičari moraju imati ljekarski pregled (ne stariji od 6
mjeseci) te biti sposobni za takmičenje. Takmičari nastupaju na vlastitu
odgovornost: organizator ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost za eventualne
povrede. |

which are doing kate can repeat kata in every round,in qualifications
there is 5 referes,in final 7 referes.
Competitors
in kumite are fighting 2 minutes whit stopping time.They doing until
third ipon,every score is ipon.
All necessary
information concerning each competitior is obtained from official
documents, passport. All competitors enter this competition at their own
risk. Organizers are absolved of any claims, which may arise however so
caused. |
